In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that heavy-duty material handling equipment remains in peak condition.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing site-based technical projects, including retrofitting, complex modifications, and the precise installation of equipment attachments. You will work directly from technical drawings and engineering specifications, ensuring every project meets safety and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute retrofitting and mechanical modifications on material handling equipment at various customer sites.
- Perform installation of specialized attachments according to precise technical drawings and engineering instructions.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure high uptime and equipment safety.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions in machinery.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance, repairs, and modification activities.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure site safety standards are strictly followed during installations.
- Interpret complex blueprints and schematics to guide installation processes.
- Test and calibrate equipment post-installation to verify optimal operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or assembly of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor systems, hoists).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage for site mobility.
- Good command of English to understand technical manuals and instructions.
