You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including lighting systems, power distribution, and backup generators.
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs to ensure facility safety and aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or specialized technical services when necessary.
- Monitor and manage facility utility usage to ensure energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and work effectively under pressure during peak store operations.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and asset inventories.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in retail, building management, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including electrical circuits, HVAC troubleshooting, and plumbing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by store operations.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform onsite facility maintenance duties.
