Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for building systems and facility excellence? Good Job Creations is seeking a diligent and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team on a 1-year contract basis. Located in the heart of Orchard, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our shopping centre operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of service for our tenants and visitors.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, performing critical inspections, identifying maintenance issues, and executing timely repairs. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of preventive maintenance, and is ready to tackle the diverse challenges that come with maintaining a premier retail destination.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform timely repair and maintenance works to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operational efficiency.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of building assets and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues reported by tenants or staff.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory usage.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and building codes to ensure a secure environment for all users.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in facility management or building maintenance.
- Hands-on proficiency with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on shifts or weekends if required by site operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
