Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair POS systems, ticketing machines, and parking equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance
- Install new POS and ticketing systems at client locations
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Document all maintenance activities and create detailed service reports
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in IT, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in POS or ticketing system maintenance
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Familiarity with various POS software and ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license for traveling to client sites
- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients
