Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules on all processing equipment.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Adjust and calibrate machine settings in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with all site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
