Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on semiconductor production machinery to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Safely execute work-at-height (WAH) tasks following all corporate and MOM safety guidelines.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new manufacturing modules.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to 5S housekeeping standards and strictly follow cleanroom protocols.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and highlight requirements to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is highly preferred.
- Valid certification or experience in Work-At-Height (WAH) operations is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on shift schedules if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
