Incipono Frozen Food, a renowned name in the handmade frozen food industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our production facility in Waru. As we scale our home industry operations, we need a reliable individual to ensure our equipment remains in peak condition, guaranteeing the quality and consistency our customers love.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, preventing downtime and managing technical challenges. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that every machine runs efficiently and safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and kitchen equipment.
- Identify and repair mechanical or electrical failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and cooling systems within the facility.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting output.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety and health regulations, particularly regarding food hygiene standards.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new production machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) majoring in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and cooling/freezer units.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Waru area.
