Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
- Perform timely repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, including work history, parts replacement, and performance logs.
- Monitor equipment health regularly to identify potential failures before they occur.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize machine settings and production output.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers when necessary for technical replacements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience in a maintenance or technical role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of machine components, electrical circuits, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and report writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Kecamatan Tangerang, Banten.
