Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment to ensure operational continuity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Execute complex repairs and part replacements according to safety and technical guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company policies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during and outside of regular working hours as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of industrial machine components and electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Driyorejo, Jawa Timur area.
