Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment to identify and resolve operational issues
- Respond promptly to guest and department maintenance requests with efficient solutions
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and safety documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to minimize guest disruption
- Implement energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives
- Train junior staff on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
- Certification in HVAC systems or electrical/plumbing preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Basic knowledge of building management systems (BMS)
