Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for operational excellence? Yellow Fit Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance & Utility Manager to join our expanding Central Kitchen operations in North Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our facility, ensuring that all infrastructure, machinery, and utility systems operate at peak performance to support our culinary production.

As our Maintenance & Utility Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning and day-to-day execution of preventive maintenance schedules, energy management, and facility upgrades. You will lead a dedicated team to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and optimize the utility costs that power our high-volume kitchen environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all kitchen equipment and facility infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage utility systems (electricity, water, gas, and refrigeration) to ensure maximum efficiency and sustainable consumption.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to minimize operational disruption during repairs or facility upgrades.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to predict failures and plan necessary technical interventions.
  • Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, food safety standards, and occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and facility performance KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within the F&B industry or a large-scale Central Kitchen/Manufacturing facility.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex utility systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and industrial refrigeration.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and handle emergency maintenance situations under pressure.
  • Solid knowledge of safety regulations and food-grade facility standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a data-driven approach to maintenance and asset management.
  • Proficient in MS Office or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and commit to operational availability.
