Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance following scheduled checklists and protocols
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions
- Monitor machinery performance and maintain detailed maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address urgent maintenance needs
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tool systems

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or utility operations
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Basic understanding of predictive maintenance techniques
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid technical certification preferred (e.g., welding, electrical)
- Physical ability to handle equipment and work in industrial settings
