Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for production machinery, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and procurement of spare parts
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate cross-functional maintenance projects with production and quality teams
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial automation
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRLM) preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize maintenance costs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP, CMMS)
