Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging makerspace curriculum aligned with developmental age groups
- Facilitate hands-on workshops in robotics, digital fabrication, and traditional crafts
- Develop project-based learning modules integrating STEM concepts
- Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment (3D printers, laser cutters, hand tools)
- Mentor students through iterative design processes and creative problem-solving
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate makerspace activities into core curriculum
- Document student progress and maintain an organized, inspiring learning environment
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in hands-on learning environments
- Proficiency in makerspace technologies (CAD software, microcontrollers, basic electronics)
- Certification in educational technology or STEM teaching preferred
- Strong classroom management and safety protocol implementation skills
- Ability to adapt curriculum for diverse learning styles and abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating project-based teaching experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
