Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute engaging Malay language lessons tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Organize and lead exciting outdoor learning adventures that connect classroom concepts to the real world.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, milestones, and learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, adhering to center policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or a Bachelor’s degree in Education/Malay Language.
- Proficiency in Malay and English languages with the ability to teach effectively in both.
- Strong passion for working with young children and a patient, nurturing demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to design stimulating learning activities.
- Valid working pass (if applicable) and willingness to undergo mandatory training.
