We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Pre-sales Manager to join our dynamic team based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. As the Software Pre-sales Manager, you will be the bridge between our technical team and clients, ensuring that our software solutions are presented effectively and meet the unique needs of each customer. Your deep understanding of software products coupled with your sales acumen will be key to winning new business and retaining existing clients.
You will lead a team of pre-sales engineers, collaborate closely with sales and product development, and be responsible for delivering compelling technical presentations and proof-of-concepts. This role demands someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the pre-sales process for software solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal creation.
- Lead technical demonstrations and product presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and deliver compelling proof-of-concepts (PoCs) tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.
- Work with product management to provide feedback from clients and influence product roadmap.
- Mentor and manage a team of pre-sales engineers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software pre-sales or technical sales roles.
- Strong background in software solutions, with ability to understand and articulate complex architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM and documentation tools.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia and possibly Asia Pacific as needed.
