Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all hotel guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations including guest inquiries, room assignments, and reservation updates.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services in Uluwatu.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room availability and quality standards.
- Maintain an accurate record of guest interactions and perform daily administrative reporting.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and inviting at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Male, with a professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel front office or customer service role.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
