Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations of mall facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize facility downtime
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility repairs, upgrades, and renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes across all mall areas
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures to reduce operational costs
- Manage emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents
- Prepare engineering department budgets and track maintenance expenses
- Train junior staff on facility management procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or mall operations
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex facility issues
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
