Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance and operational efficiency of mall facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Conduct regular facility inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and system upgrades
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with retail tenants to address facility requirements and resolve issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in facility management or mall operations
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Engineer
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
