Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and preventive maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and DoubleDragon Corporation standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards, structural issues, or areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and renovations to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Manage utility consumption and costs to optimize operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs reported by tenants or management.
- Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to promote sustainability within the mall.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mall or commercial building maintenance and facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems, electrical systems, and safety protocols.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small maintenance team or subcontractors.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office applications.
