Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of mall facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party contractors for specialized services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with operations team to support retail tenant requirements
- Lead facility-related projects and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of facility management or building maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and safety protocols
- Valid PRC Engineering license (Professional or Registered)
- Proficiency in facility management software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
