As a Mall Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the facility management team, ensuring that all engineering systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will oversee routine maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage utility consumption to minimize downtime and enhance the overall customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the mall's facilities and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building structures to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, installations, and renovations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage utility consumption (water, electricity) and implement energy-saving measures.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and service tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in mall engineering, facility management, or property operations.
- Proficient in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and building plans.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule and perform site inspections as needed.
