Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of mall facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Coordinate emergency repairs and system breakdowns with third-party contractors
- Manage energy consumption and sustainability initiatives across the property
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise maintenance staff and vendor performance
- Prepare technical reports and facility improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with retail tenants for facility-related concerns and requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facility management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as an Engineer
- Experience with mall, commercial, or large-scale property management
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
