Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the overall maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and asset longevity.
- Manage and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, renovations, and emergency maintenance works.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and Robinsons Land Corporation standards.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity) and implement cost-saving measures to optimize operational expenses.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and track operational expenditures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field) from a reputable university.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management, building engineering, or a similar role within a large-scale retail or commercial complex.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license as an Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, HVAC operations, fire safety systems, and electrical distribution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance staff and technicians.
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including holidays and weekends, as required by operational needs.
