In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring that our store remains a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for thousands of shoppers daily.
As a Mall Engineer, you will oversee the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, manage onsite repairs, and coordinate with contractors to ensure that Shopwise Libis operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all store equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration units, and lighting systems.
- Oversee daily operational checks to ensure all store fixtures and infrastructure meet safety and functionality standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption to recommend cost-effective sustainability initiatives.
- Manage the store's inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and essential engineering supplies.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and technical issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding facility performance, maintenance history, and budget utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or retail engineering.
- Strong technical proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in standard office software for reporting and documentation.
