Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of mall equipment including HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure all facilities operate at maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment repairs, replacements, and facility upgrades
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures to reduce operational costs
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
- Prepare regular inspection reports and maintenance logs for documentation and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with mall management to ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards
- Train and supervise maintenance staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Experience with mall or commercial building facilities management preferred
- Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in using facility management software and computerized maintenance management systems
