Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily mall store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct regular training sessions, and foster a positive work environment.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety, health, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or mall operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market insights.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
