We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mall Head to join the Primer Group Of Companies in Newport City. In this critical role, you will serve as the operational leader, directly supporting the Area Manager to ensure the seamless execution of mall store operations.

Your primary focus will be driving excellence in staff performance, maintaining impeccable service standards, and maximizing sales results.   • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily mall operations and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, or hospitality.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
