- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily mall operations and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor mall staff to achieve peak performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Sales Optimization: Monitor sales results, analyze market insights, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Service Standards: Enforce high service standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience across all retail outlets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and execute operational plans that improve efficiency.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with tenants and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain mall standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, or hospitality.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
