We are seeking a high-caliber Mall Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of our property in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan. As the Mall Operations Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage facility maintenance, oversee safety protocols, and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance tenant satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the strategic mindset needed to drive long-term business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize mall efficiency and property value.
- Manage facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Lead and mentor on-site operations, security, and cleaning teams to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee tenant relations, including onboarding, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
- Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Manage the annual operating budget, focusing on cost-effective maintenance and capital expenditure planning.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support events, promotions, and activities that drive mall traffic and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property management, preferably in a mall or large-scale retail environment.
- Proven track record in facility management, vendor coordination, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, building safety codes, and emergency management procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
