Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly financial and management reports.
- Monitor and track budget utilization to ensure strict adherence to company financial policies.
- Perform variance analysis on operational costs vs. budgeted figures.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast expenditure and optimize financial resources.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost-saving within the logistics workflow.
- Maintain data accuracy in accounting systems to support reliable financial decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or auditing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based fast-paced logistics environment.
