Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily customer service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle complex client inquiries and escalations with professionalism and strategic problem-solving.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all service interactions comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts during peak periods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar operational role.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
