Tanggung Jawab
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote Life Insurance and Family Takaful products.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Training & Development: Actively participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Agency Management Support: Assist in the administration and coordination of agency operations to ensure smooth business processes.
- Financial Planning: Provide basic financial advice and solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Education: A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attitude: A proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Dedication: High level of integrity and commitment to professional standards.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in organizing events/activities.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own transport are highly preferred.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
