Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured training program covering Life Insurance & Family Takaful products, sales techniques, and agency management.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
- Provide professional financial needs analysis and tailored insurance/takaful solutions to clients.
- Support senior management in daily agency operations, including recruitment, training coordination, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and policy retention.
- Lead and mentor junior team members or interns as part of your leadership development journey.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and team performance for management review.
- Represent EMP Team at industry events, networking functions, and community outreach programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong passion for a career in the Banking & Financial Services industry, specifically in Life Insurance and Family Takaful.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possesses a growth mindset, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Own transportation and willingness to travel within the Kuantan/Pahang region.
- Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residency status.
