Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in an intensive training program focused on Life Insurance and Family Takaful products and sales strategies.
- Acquire and maintain a robust portfolio of clients through proactive sales initiatives and relationship building.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the region.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices at all times.
- Conduct regular client reviews and presentations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive agency growth and profitability.
Kualifikasi
