Tanggung Jawab
- Master end-to-end project lifecycle management in engineering, procurement, and construction domains
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and timeline coordination across departments
- Analyze operational data to optimize procurement processes and construction methodologies
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for complex infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Monitor and report on KPIs, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Maximum 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
- Willingness to rotate between engineering, procurement, and construction departments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
