Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in comprehensive operational rotations to gain deep insight into mining and heavy equipment workflows.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support department heads in daily management tasks, resource allocation, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
- Lead small-scale projects aimed at operational cost reduction and technical innovation.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage in professional development workshops to build leadership and interpersonal soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or Statistics.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data processing and logical problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to be placed at any PPA operational site across Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to work safety.
