Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational optimization
- Strong knowledge of F&B cost control and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems
