- Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Lead and mentor IT support teams to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and service-level agreements
- Manage IT budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Provide technical training and support to end-users across departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management and systems administration
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA) preferred
- Familiarity with food and beverage industry systems advantageous
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
