Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data integrity and operational excellence? M.B.A. Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data operations, ensuring that our information systems are robust, accurate, and optimized to support key business decision-making processes.
As an MIS Specialist, you will act as the bridge between technical data management and organizational strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our data—from collection and maintenance to high-level reporting and analytics. We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage data, but understands how to transform raw information into actionable insights that drive our company forward.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and monitor internal databases to ensure 100% data integrity and system availability.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry and information retrieval workflows.
- Troubleshoot database errors and implement timely technical resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and backup protocols.
- Provide technical support to internal staff regarding MIS tools and reporting dashboards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in database management and reporting (SQL or similar query languages preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
