Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day management services and administrative accounting functions.
- Prepare, analyze, and verify financial reports in accordance with established Accounting Standards.
- Motivate and lead team members to achieve operational KPIs and performance targets.
- Conduct regular analytical reviews to identify areas for cost-saving and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory reporting requirements.
- Bridge the gap between operational needs and financial planning by providing actionable insights.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
- Proven experience in a management or senior accounting role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of motivating teams to meet objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/ERP systems).
