Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise staff shifts, ensuring optimal floor coverage and efficiency at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for senior management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all departments.
- Assist in the training, development, and onboarding process of new team members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Highly adaptive and capable of working effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive "can-do" attitude toward challenges.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage for communication.
