- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices in IT compliance
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented
- Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance policies, procedures, and reports
- Manage the certification and recertification processes for ISO standards
- Train staff on compliance requirements and management systems procedures
- Monitor compliance performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance and management systems
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other relevant ISO standards
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience with risk assessment and compliance management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously
