Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotations across various departments including Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Marketing.
- Assist in the implementation of operational improvement projects to optimize workflows.
- Analyze daily performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and present business case studies and reports to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Support the planning and execution of supply chain and distribution strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree) from any major, preferably Engineering, Business Management, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or internships.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Adaptable, quick learner with a high sense of urgency and integrity.
- Willing to be placed and work in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
