- Participate in a structured rotational programme across core business units (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR).
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business processes.
- Analyze business data and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support the management team in daily operations, including planning, coordination, and resource management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and systems.
- Gain regional exposure by undertaking assignments and projects across different IPC locations in Malaysia.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project progress and findings.
- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to accelerate professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong academic track record with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous work experience.
- Highly adaptable, with a willingness to relocate and travel within Malaysia for regional exposure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
