- Facilitate effective product cascades and timely updates to operational staff.
- Assist senior management in overseeing day-to-day business operations.
- Analyze service performance data to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Support the implementation of new company policies and service standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest and client interactions.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute strategic ideas for process optimization.
- Provide regular reports on team performance and operational milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
