Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across manufacturing, logistics, and operational departments
- Analyze operational workflows and contribute to process optimization initiatives
- Assist in project management and implementation of operational improvements
- Develop and present performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental KPIs
- Shadow senior management to understand strategic decision-making processes
- Lead small-scale projects to develop leadership and problem-solving skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields preferred)
- Strong academic record with minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between company sites
