Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo comprehensive training programs and on-the-job training (OJT) in China for one year to gain international industry exposure.
- Shadow senior management and team leaders to understand operational workflows and strategic decision-making processes.
- Analyze business data and market trends to support project planning and operational efficiency.
- Participate in various rotational assignments across different departments to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and improve project outcomes.
- Assist in the execution of mining projects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop leadership and communication skills through active participation in team meetings and presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum 2 years of work experience (Fresh graduates with outstanding potential are welcome to apply).
- Willingness to undergo OJT and relocate to China for a 1-year training period.
- Strong command of English and basic knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Proactive attitude, high adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and ready to sign a contract.
