Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across various departments, including Commercial Operations, Project Management, and Business Development, to gain a holistic understanding of the company's functions.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sustainable energy projects, focusing on EV charging infrastructure deployment.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and success.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of governance frameworks and operational policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the renewable energy and EV sectors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management on commercial performance, project status, and strategic initiatives.
- Actively participate in learning and development programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to foster personal and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrable passion for sustainable energy, electric vehicles, and green technology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
