Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured cross-functional rotations (e.g., Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
- Analyze operational data and supply chain metrics to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Support the coordination of freight movements, customs documentation, and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Engage in leadership training sessions and team-building activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
