Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured departmental rotations to gain end-to-end business insights.
- Assist senior management in developing and executing operational strategies.
- Analyze retail performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams in coordinating projects and achieving departmental KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive review.
- Collaborate with local store teams to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Contribute fresh ideas to optimize processes and drive business innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with an proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta for the duration of the program.
